WHAT'S PRACTICE 360?

Practice 360 is a D.C. Bar sponsored newsletter and an annual symposium event. The newsletter and the symposium are designed to give solo and small firm lawyers a 360 degree awareness of issues that are likely to impact their practices.

The symposium typically features two or three ethics-focused CLE programs as well as non-CLE presentations on new software products, marketing ideas, and lawyer wellnesss. During COVID, the symposium was held as a video conference. The symposium returned to an in-person format in 2023.

Dan Schumack has been a recurring CLE presenter since the inception of the Practice 360 symposium event. This page contains CLE course descriptions for which Dan has been a presenter and author or contributing author.
