Biographical:
Seth joined the firm in January 2023 following a robust career in private and government practice. He is AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

:.Seth has taught Ethics for Trial Lawyers for nine years as an adjunct professor at American University's Washington College of Law. He also regularly presents ethics-focused continuing legal education programs to bar audiences in Virginia.
:.From 2012-2021, Seth served as Assistant Ethics Counsel to the Virginia State Bar. In this role, he provided confidential advice through the Bar's Ethics Hotline, assisted the Bar's Standing Committee on Legal Ethics in formulating proposed opinions, and made presentations at the Annual Disciplinary Conference of the Virginia State Bar.
:.From 2000-2012, Seth served as Assistant Bar Counsel and then Senior Bar Counsel (2007-2012) in Virginia, roles in which he was responsible for investigating and prosecuting bar complaints before District Committees, the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board, and three-judge Circuit Courts. At the Bar's request, Seth argued two disciplinary cases before the Supreme Court of Virginia.
